The house is located up a set of stairs but is all self contained and private from the other residence on site.
Off street parking is available for your use in the spot that the van is photographed in, there is also ample street parking.

1 bathroom with shower, toilet paper is provided as well as hand towels, facecloths, towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash, there is a hairdryer and power point under the vanity behind the towels. Hot water is infinity system

Safety Features
House has smoke alarms, plasters in the bathroom, there is an extractor in the kitchen. There is a security camera outside the property pointing at the deck and bottom of the stairs, there are no cameras inside
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 3 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.

No pets allowed.
Don’t leave the heater on over night or while away from property.
No moving furniture around.
No smoking inside but allowed on balcony, driveway and backyard.
