This 28m² space is your home away from home! The fully equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar, under bench oven, portable induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a full sized fridge/freezer – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living area offers a comfy sofa, coffee table, reading materials, and games, making it the perfect spot to relax, even on rainy days.

Safety Features
All pods are equipped with smoke alarms for your safety and a fire extinguisher is on hand in the kitchen eco pod along with a first aid kit.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
House Rules
As we are located within a QE11 Covenanted property, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited and due to the unfenced nature of the proerty and decks, children under twelve are unable to be accommodated.
