Inside, you’ll find a luxurious, fully tiled bathroom featuring a rainhead shower for a spa-like experience, a sumptuous king-size bed dressed in beautiful linens, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for relaxed evenings in. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens onto a massive sun-drenched deck, designed to make the most of the breathtaking harbour views — the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or sunset drinks.
Located in the heart of vibrant Port Chalmers, a short drive from Dunedin City, you’re just a short stroll from charming cafés, restaurants, art galleries, and artisanal boutiques. This is a peaceful retreat, not a party house.
No gatherings or events.
Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am, out of respect for our neighbours.
Respect for the Property
This home has been carefully crafted.
Please treat the space, furnishings, linens, and finishes with care.
Report any breakages or damage promptly. We understand accidents happen — communication is appreciated.
Deck & Safety
The large deck is designed to make the most of the harbour views and all-day sun.
Please supervise children at all times.
Kitchen & Cleanliness
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy.
Wash and put away dishes or load and start dishwasher before departure.
No Smoking or Vaping
Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (including the deck).
Security
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
Rubbish & Recycling
Please use the bins provided and separate recycling appropriately.

Beware the access to the loft space is via very steep stairs- these should be treated as a ladder and ascended and descended facing the steps.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 3 full days before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 full days before check-in are non-refundable. The 3% bank payment fee is non-refundable in all cases.
